Game Pickle Data Removal Request

Some of our apps collect anonymous stats such as which levels players are playing most, most used vehicle etc.
We used this data to help us improve our games with updates as well as to improve future games.

This form allows you to submit your unique firebase instance id to request the removal of all data collected.

Please note if you contact us directly for data removal other than apps with account registration, we do not store user emails.
Without your firebase id we cannot remove data as it's not possible to link you to any data!

If you wish to delete your account in a game with account registration:

• [Option 1] Click the delete account link sent in the initial welcome email
• [Option 2] Select delete account from within the account section of the game
• [Option 3] Via the account removal page on the app store listing.

How to find your firebase instance id

You can find your firebase instance id by using a logcat viewer then launching any Game Pickle game.
You will see the message Firebase initialised successfully! Instance id: xxxxxxxxxxx

We use the Google User Deletion API to submit a user deletion request based on your firebase application instance id.
Once deletion is requested all data associated with your instance id will be scheduled for deletion within the next 72 hours.
